June 20, 2025: Bee Bonds, Fast Laps & Family Time

This week brought some extra love from Ohio—my niece Miranda came to visit, and Bee soaked up every moment. From carrot spoils to long grooming sessions and a relaxing soak, Bee was pampered like the queen she is. Her favorite? The carrots, of course. 🍬🥕

Things feel steady in Bee’s world right now—she’s holding a healthy weight, her meds and supplements are working in sync, and she’s more responsive than ever. I plan to connect with Dr. Roeber soon to see if we can start tapering some things back. That's a milestone we’ve been working toward. 💊📉

In the arena, Bee continues to be my steady but speedy teacher. She LOVES to run barrels, but she’s also learning to slow it down for me when I ask—proof of the growing bond between us even if “SLOW” isn’t her favorite speed. Her willingness to listen is growing right alongside her sass, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

It’s weeks like this—where nothing wild happens—that feel like real milestones in disguise.
